Hey guys, I'm trying to create a replica of the 1951 Stanley Cup Playoff game where Bashin' Bill Barilko scored that iconic game winning goal on a STIGA table hockey game. Does anybody have any photos or have re-created the design of the leaf logo at centre ice? I'm trying to figure out what it looks like and some of the game footage on Youtube is hazy at best as are any photos of centre ice from that time. I know it's similar to the centre ice logo from 1967-93 but the leaf is different and it is a slight variation from the logos on the jerseys. Can any one can help me out?

The version of the leaf you are attempting to recreate is the version from approx 1942. to 1967. (there is an even earlier version from the opening of MLG to whenever it was replaced) Try the City of Toronto Archives photo search, and/or the Public Library of Toronto's collection. I tried for years to make the shape but it ended up rather unfaithful to what the photos showed.
